The meals were outstanding. I was upgraded to a well-equipped and brand-new room with a sofa. - the location was the best possible and magnificent for walking around Plaza Boreal.

The hotel offers free and great breakfast. Also, the location is best possible and excellent, minutes from Plaza Boreal.

The King suite with sofa was incredibly spacious, offering breathtaking views. The bathroom was immaculately clean and had a modern design. The second-floor gym was well-equipped and easily accessible. And the best part? There was always coffee and tea available throughout our stay!

Awesome fireworks and party

During my recent New Year's stay, the fireworks show and party were fantastic! The view was incredible, and everyone seemed to be in a festive mood. the complementary drinks and snacks provided were a nice touch. The celebration was in a great location, with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants.

The amenities at this hotel were subpar. The cleaning staff did not replace my towels and the tap water was not drinkable, forcing me to buy water elsewhere.
